Are you … interested in learning relaxation exercises that you can use in your daily life? … curious to find out how working with art materials can contribute your well-being?
This 4-part workshop series offers you:
- a taste of various relaxation and mindfulness exercises
- skills to improve your well-being and resilience to stress in daily life
- an opportunity to ‘experience’ and ‘do’
We will explore different art materials and use music to help you focus on the here-and-now as well as facilitate and deepen your relaxation experience. What you create can be taken home, as a reminder of what you have learned and experienced.
You don’t need any experience with art materials or artistic skills!
The workshops are facilitated by Vera Van Mierlo, who has masters in psychology with a specialization in art therapy.
