The Art Studio

The Art Studio is a unique service for artists who live with mental health challenges. The studio offers a warm and welcoming, creative space where artists can pursue their art and are supported to express their creativity.

This week the talk will be on Christo and Jeanne Claude. Part 1

The Christos  were Contemporary artists   known as the wrappers of bridges , large  scale environmental  installations ,and other objects .This talk with supportive images of their creations will expand upon the other important elements found in their art .  . “Ideas – On and About Art “This is a NEW type of discussion gathering that will open with a Topic introduced by the coordinator on an art related question. This will then lead into a peer led interaction. This week’s topic is “WHAT IS ART? Understanding art by what it does.
