Nous comprenons que la vie peut pr\u00e9senter divers d\u00e9fis, comme la gestion des probl\u00e8mes relationnels, du stress ou de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, ou encore l\u2019adaptation apr\u00e8s un divorce.
