Depuis plus de 100 ans, Services \u00e0 la famille Ottawa offre des services de counselling et de soutien aux familles, aux parents et aux enfants. Qu’il s’agisse de probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux relations, \u00e0 la gestion du stress ou \u00e0 l’anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, ou encore de troubles d’adaptation en lien avec un divorce ou une s\u00e9paration, nous avons des programmes pour vous aider. Qu’il s’agisse de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale plus l\u00e9ger ou plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re ou d’un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 mentale chronique, Services \u00e0 la famille Ottawa aide de nombreuses personnes chaque jour. Nous voyons des personnes en d\u00e9tresse franchir nos portes. Nous sommes t\u00e9moins de la douleur qu’ils \u00e9prouvent \u00e0 cause de leurs probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale. Nous sommes aussi t\u00e9moins de leurs succ\u00e8s et de leurs victoires et ressentons leur gratitude.<\/p>\n

Nous aidons nos clients \u00e0 renforcer leur r\u00e9silience et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences pour les aider \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis personnels et relationnels auxquels ils sont confront\u00e9s.
