Luc Bourque

Luc is a Partner at the law firm of Brazeau Seller LLP with a practice specializing in corporate/commercial real estate and development, and joint venture structures.

Luc was called to the bars of Nova Scotia in 1997, and Ontario in 1999. He received his B.Sc. (Honours) in Microbiology in 1991 from Dalhousie University and his J.D. (cum laude) from University of Western Ontario Law School in 1995. Before joining Brazeau Seller in June 2015, Luc was in private practice for 13 years at a large national firm and midsize firms in Toronto and Ottawa, and for more than 5 years in-house at a large real estate development company. He brings a large breadth of corporate and legal experience to each role he assumes.

Luc has been a member of the County of Carleton Law Association (CCLA), and the Greater Ottawa Home Builders Association (GOHBA). Luc served on the Builder Developer Council and the Builder Trade Council of GOHBA, and served on the Executive of the Real Property Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
