Friends for Life is an evidence-based prevention program for 7-9 year olds with mild to moderate anxiety. This 9 week activity based group helps children develop important life skills to handle their anxiety. The first week is a parents’ only session for parents to share their concerns and for the facilitator to gain a better understanding of the group needs. At the end of each session, the facilitator will meet with the parents as a group to go over the learnings from that week.
