Aujourd’hui à la retraite, Ian Cullwick était auparavant associé au sein d’un grand cabinet de conseil en gestion, où il s’est spécialisé dans l’efficacité de la gouvernance, la conception organisationnelle, les stratégies de rémunération et la gestion du rendement.
Ian est titulaire d’une maîtrise en administration des affaires de la Ivey Business School et d’une maîtrise en relations industrielles de l’Université de Toronto. Il siège au conseil d’administration du Sentier Transcanadien et a siégé aux conseils d’administration du YMCA d’Ottawa (comme président du conseil), du CHEO et de Bradburn Securities. Ian a aussi été membre consultatif d’un sous-comité du Collège royal des médecins et chirurgiens du Canada.
Ian enseigne au sein du programme de MBA pour cadres de l’École de gestion Telfer et a aussi occupé le poste de vice-président de l’organisation et de la recherche sur les ressources humaines au Conference Board du Canada.
Ian has an MBA from the Ivey Business School and an MIR from the University of Toronto. He serves on the Board of Directors of the TransCanada Trail, and has served on the Boards of YMCA Ottawa [and as the Chair of the Board], CHEO, and Bradburn Securities. Ian also served as an advisory member of a sub-committee of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Ian teaches in the Telfer School of Management’s EMBA program, and has also served as the Vice-President of Organization/HR Research at the Conference Board of Canada.
