Vladimir Nikitin is an experienced estate and trust lawyer with a strong background in legal advisory, estate planning, and estate administration. With over a decade of experience in both the public and private sectors, Vladimir brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to navigating complex legal and financial matters.
He currently practices as an Associate Lawyer at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall in Ottawa, specializing in estates and trusts. Prior to this, Vladimir held senior advisory roles at RBC Royal Trust. His legal career has included diverse roles across Ontario, allowing him to develop deep expertise in wills, estates, and trust law, along with a strong understanding of innovation within legal practice.
Vladimir holds dual law degrees (LL.B. and B.C.L.) from McGill University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Carleton University. In addition to his legal and academic achievements, Vladimir has actively contributed to access to justice through volunteer work with the Wills Project in Ottawa and Toronto, the Legal Information Clinic at McGill and Pro Bono Students Canada, where he supported the advocacy group PINAY.
