Neha D’Souza is Chief Operating Officer at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP/s.r.l., the largest local independent law firm in the Nation’s Capital. She oversees all operations of the Firm including human resources, marketing, information technology, and facilities management. She also provides strategic advice as a member of the Firm’s management, diversity, and IT governance committees.
Neha began her career at the Firm over 10 years ago and went on to complete her Executive MBA at Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and graduated in 2020. She also has a Master of Arts in Legal Studies degree from Carleton University, where her research focused on international law. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at McGill University. Neha is an active member of the community, serving as a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Governance and HR Committee of Family Services Ottawa. Neha also enjoys playing soccer and has been playing competitively for over 20 years.
