Fathers matter. Children with involved fathers are more likely to do better in school, handle stress better and get along better with others. This group offers dads a safe space to learn from one another and get parenting information.

We will explore the role and challenges of being a father today along with developing healthy coping strategies and building support for your self.
Fathers will learn concrete and practical skills to promote their children’s self-esteem, build a strong parent/child relationship and to communicate effectively with their child.
Fathers will explore the root causes of child behaviour, child development and handling power struggles.
