At Family Services Ottawa, supporting the health and safety of our staff and clients is of utmost importance while we continue to provide essential support.
Some of our programs have resumed in person services, but many are operating virtually or with a hybrid model. As time goes by and the circumstances change so will our response. Check with your client care team to ensure you know the program format before attending.
If you are participating in one of the in person programs and are coming on site for services, please be advised that FSO is following all Ottawa Public Health protocols. You will be required to answer Covid-19 health-screening questions when you arrive, wear a mask at all times and follow any other Public Health protocols.

What happens if you have an appointment booked and are not feeling well?
If you are experiencing Covid 19 symptoms and therefore need to miss a previously booked appointment, please let your client care team member know as soon as possible. We ask that you do not come for in person services if you are unwell.
