Dhaval Shah is an accomplished executive leader and strategic program catalyst with over 20 years of experience across banking, pharmaceuticals, consulting, and consumer goods. He brings a strong track record in innovation, digital transformation, fintech, and cybersecurity.
Most recently, Dhaval held senior leadership roles at the Bank of Canada, where he led initiatives in cyber resilience, digital currency planning, and enterprise innovation. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered complex, enterprise-wide programs that drive operational impact and long-term value.
In addition to his professional work, Dhaval has also served the community as a board director for a mental health and social services non-profit, bringing his strategic insight and commitment to social impact to the role.
He holds a master’s in supply chain management from University College Dublin and a bachelor’s in chemical (Environmental) Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
