Jen Osseni is a seasoned human resources consultant, currently working as a Director within Ernst & Young’s People Consulting practice, primarily focused on serving clients in the healthcare sector.
Jen has close to 10 years of experience in HR leadership positions within Ottawa’s healthcare sector. She worked across many large HR portfolios at The Ottawa Hospital, our community’s largest acute care setting with more than 12,000 employees and most recently served as the Vice-President of People & Culture at Carefor Health & Community Services, an organization of 1,300 employees serving clients in their homes, in retirement residences and through diverse programs in the community.
Before her foray into healthcare, Jen spent seven years as a consultant with Deloitte’s Strategic Human Resources consulting practice in Winnipeg and Ottawa, specializing in Talent Management and Rewards. Prior to that, she worked with Ernst & Young in their Winnipeg Assurance practice, where she earned her Chartered Accountant designation.
Jen has a B. Comm (Honours) with distinction from the University of Manitoba, possesses a Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) from the University of Regina, and has a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation through the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario.
