Shannon is currently working as an Executive Coach and Consultant with clients who want to increase employee performance and engagement. She facilitates many strategic planning sessions and helps teams to execute on their plans.
Shannon Lambert is formerly the Chief People Officer at VERITAAQ. VERITAAQ is a privately held, national IT staffing company, based out of Ottawa. Over the past 15 years, Shannon has been in a leadership position within the Senior Executive of the company, managing several key aspects of the business (people development, sales, recruiting and proposals).
