Our Approach

No matter where you are in your life together, all of us want to feel connected to and understood by our partners.

The goal of couples counselling is to improve communication, problem-solving, connection, and co-parenting. The counsellor’s role is to create a safe space that allows for conversations in a supportive and considerate way. The hope is to improve couples’ understanding of conflict, communicate without blame, and practice new ways of being together.
