Ian Cullwick is a retired Partner with global management consulting firm where he specialized in governance effectiveness, organization design, compensation strategy, and performance management.
Ian has an MBA from the Ivey Business School and an MIR from the University of Toronto. He serves on the Board of Directors of the TransCanada Trail, and has served on the Boards of YMCA Ottawa [and as the Chair of the Board], CHEO, and Bradburn Securities. Ian also served as an advisory member of a sub-committee of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Ian serves as a part-time instructor and researcher with the Telfer School of Management’s EMBA and EMHA programs, and has also served as the Vice-President of Organization and Governance Research at the Conference Board of Canada.
