The funds you raise by participating in Music on a Mission help families access Family Services Ottawa counselling programs and services. When families get the mental health support they need, they build resilience and that makes our community stronger.

A fun, entertaining night of music trivia, friendly competition, and team building. And all for a great cause.
“Music on a Mission” is an exciting music trivia game. Come dressed as your favourite singer, band or even song. Be the first to name artists, songs, and theme songs from movies and television shows from every musical genre. Round out the evening with networking, delicious food, drinks, a silent auction, raffle, prizes, and all the good feelings that come from fundraising for an incredibly worthy cause.

Each of the sponsorship levels provides great brand recognition for your company as you network with members of Ottawa’s corporate community. Music trivia lovers compete in a fun, relaxed, party-like atmosphere and feel good about helping families in need throughout our community grow through mental health programs and services.
- Up to 10 players seated at your VIP Table
- Your logo will be placed in all event materials including evening program, table signage, team packages, print and online advertising, event display screen and signage
- Your brand will be recognized on the event website, social media, and FSO annual report
- Your team of 10 will enjoy personal charcuterie boards, a team gift and two bottles of wine
- Receive one “Mental Health in the Workplace” wellness workshop delivered by Family Services Employee Assistance Program to your team
- Up to 10 players seated at your VIP Table
- Your logo will be prominently placed in all press and event materials including evening program, table signage, team packages, print and online advertising, event display screen and signage
- Your brand will be recognized on the event website and banner, social media, FSO annual report, and by the event MC during the evening
- Your team of 10 will be cared for by a designated host/hostess, decadent dessert platter, special table gifts, music-themed baseball caps, and three bottles of wine
- Receive one “Mental Health in the Workplace” wellness workshop delivered by Family Services Employee Assistance Program to your team
- Up to 20 players seated at two VIP Tables
- Your logo will receive premium placement in all press and event materials including 2 ads in the evening program and on the front cover, team packages, table signage, print and online advertising, event display screen and signage
- Your brand will receive premium recognition on the event website and banner, social media, FSO annual report, by the event MC during the evening
- An opportunity for your President/CEO to provide a statement of support live during the event
- Your team of 20 will be cared for by a designated host/hostess, decadent dessert platters, special table gifts, music-themed baseball caps and three bottles of wine per table
- Choice of one consultation with FSO’s Director of FSEAP to review organizational health needs, followed by development and delivery of a customized workshop,

Melanie found new ways to be there for her children
Melanie came to FSO because her anxiety and depression were leaving her exhausted and unable to cope with family life. She was missing out on important events in her family members’ lives. FSO provided Melanie with the tools to manage her anxiety so that she was able to be there for precious family moments.

Camila and Samuel learned how to support their trans teen
Camila and Samuel wanted to support their trans teen and sought help through the Around the Rainbow program at FSO. They attended the monthly parent and caregivers peer support group and found comfort as they gained perspective listening to others. They felt less alone and better equipped to support their child.

Ahmed and Taylor gained practical knowledge about parenting
Like many parents, Ahmed and Taylor felt overwhelmed with the responsibilities of parenting. They were especially worried that their parenting style would negatively affect their children. FSO’s parenting course was just what they needed, helping Ahmed and Taylor realize that other parents had the same challenges and equipping them with information and techniques make them more effective.

Daiyu learned how to fight postpartum depression
Daiyu started to feel the ‘baby blues’ right after the birth of her daughter. Her feelings of dread and anxiety overwhelmed her life. She felt like she was suffocating. The FSO MOMS group made all the difference. She felt reassured that other moms were having similar feelings and learned important coping strategies for managing her anxiety and daily self-care.
