This 9 week group is for anyone who has given birth and who is experiencing postpartum depression and/or postpartum anxiety. It is designed for persons who are noting the signs and symptoms of distress that go beyond the short-term “baby blues” that are often experienced after birth. Participation is by self-referral and all levels of postpartum depression and anxiety are welcomed.
The first session is a Partner/Supporter Information Session. This session is for group members along with their partners or supporters to receive information and strategies to help the family in their recovery from postpartum depression and anxiety.
